The Grace House strives to guide men caught in cycles of addiction and homelessness into lives of Purpose. This work could not take place if not for generous contributions from donors like you. Thank you for being part of the Dream.
The Grace House and the Odd Job Squad are ecstatic to have received a donation of a 2010 Chevy Silverado 1500.
Our Facility Manager Shaun Watson was having a conversation with our Member Doug Lubinski of Western Chev Olds awhile back and stated we were in need of a "new to us vehicle" for the Odd Job Squad.
Doug searched the lot at Western and found the Chevy but it was in need of some TLC
The House had a small budget to purchase a newer vehicle, however without thetop up donation from Western we would never have been able to upgrade our OJS fleet.
Doug took the truck to Brian at Peterson Autobody for some body repair, paintwork and gravel guard protection. When Doug mentioned he was delivering this truck to the Grace House. Peterson Autobody said "No Charge"
A big big THANK YOU to Doug and Barb Lubinski from Western Chev Olds and Brian Peterson Autobody in Drumheller for this very Generous Donation. Thank you for acknowledging the good work we do in the Community.
